
The WeCare™ program resides on the WeCare™ Server that other computers (WCC Remote Consoles) can access via the network. The PDA - Personal Digital Assistants (Midas units) that staff use for data collection during a shift are synchronised via a Quad cradle on the network or via a Serial cradle connected to a computer in the network.
Intelligent Data's Help Desk can access the Server directly via dialling into the Server's modem or via internet connectivity to install upgrades and provide 24hr support.
