Barbara Haddon, RN., Cert. Gerontology, Director
Barbara is a Registered nurse with extensive experience in residential aged care and the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care where she was Program Manager of Outcome Standards, Resident Classification Scale (RCS) and Complaints/User Rights. Post basic studies include Gerontology, Health Education, Management, Negotiation Skills, Team Dynamics, Train the Trainer and Change Management. She has presented papers to universities, peak industry organisations, conferences and Government Departments. Barbara has most recently been working as a Consultant providing RCS education workshops and audits and working with management and staff to improve systems and knowledge of the RCS to secure and maximise funding.
Else Paeglis, BSc., Grad. Dip. Lib., MBIT, Director
Else has professional experience as a librarian, knowledge manager, workplace trainer, business development and internet manager. She worked in an academic and research environment for 15years. Else then moved to the private sector where she developed and managed a network of Internet training centers around Australia. She designed many training courses including a Train the Internet Trainer program that was accredited by the Australian National Training Authority. Else has a broad understanding of technology issues, extensive personal development experience and is also a trained life coach.
